Inviting a User

- Enter the email address of the new user.

- Click the "Invite" button.

Filling in Initial Data

To start working with the service, you need to fill in the following directories:

Equipment Types

Classify equipment by type (e.g., laser, hydroabrasive, plasma). If classification is not required, you can leave it as is.**Link**: Directory Settings

Equipment

Register the list of machines for calculations. Cutting modes, which determine time and cost, are set separately for each machine. Differences in parameters (laser power, nozzle diameter, etc.) can affect calculations. For accuracy, you can register one machine with different combinations of lenses, nozzles, gases, or cutting tools as separate machines.

Cutting Modes

Key directory for calculating the cost of details.

Specify:

- Mode name

- Equipment on which the mode is available

- Cutting price

- Piercing price

- Time to cut 1 meter (in seconds)

- Piercing time (in seconds)**Piercing**: Time spent by the machine to burn through the starting point of the contour. Depends on the material thickness. Also includes the time for positioning the cutting head before starting the cut.

Materials

List of materials with price per m². You can specify the main cutting mode for each material.

Operations

Accounting for operations not related to cutting (e.g., painting, polishing, engraving, gluing, bending).

Additional Materials

Accounting for additional material costs that increase the cost of the detail.

Customers

Filled as needed directly in the project.

Organizations

Settings for VAT calculation and requisites for issuing invoices.

Adding Equipment

To perform calculations, at least one piece of equipment must be registered in the system. To add equipment, in the "Equipment" section, click the "+" button below the table.

Then specify:

- Equipment type

- Equipment name

After filling in, click the "Save" button.

Creating New Equipment

- **Name**: [Input field]

- **Equipment Type**: [Required field]

- **Description**: [Input field]

- **Cutting Modes**: [List of modes]

- **Buttons**: Save, Close

Adding an Organization

To form commercial proposals and calculate VAT, you need to fill in the organization's data. In the organizations directory, you can add used organizations using the "+" button at the bottom of the table.

New Organization

- **Organization Type**: Legal Entity

- **Default**: [Checkbox]

- **Name**: [Required field]

Setting Up Cutting Modes

To add a new cutting mode, click the "+" button at the bottom of the list. To edit an existing mode, click on its name.

ERP Integration with CUTL Online

For deeper integration of CUTL Online with ERP, an API has been developed that allows loading data from the online service into ERP and then generating the necessary documents.

Obtaining a Token

1. Go to the "User" section on the "Integration" tab.

2. Get the authorization token.

Cutting Modes Generator

To simplify the filling of initial data in the CUTL service, a cutting modes creation assistant is provided. It can be launched by the "Generation" button from the "Equipment Types" and "Equipment" directories.

Generation Process

1. Click the "Generation" button in the equipment directory.

2. Go to cutting modes by clicking the "To Cutting Modes" button.

3. For each selected machine and material, a window for forming modes will open.

- Specify the hourly cost and the time to cut 1 linear meter for different material thicknesses.

- The hourly cost is automatically recalculated into the cost of 1 minute of machine operation.

- The cost of cutting 1 meter in rubles is calculated at the given speed.

4. Click the "Generate Modes" button to add modes to the directory. The mode name is formed from the detail name and thickness, and the mode is linked to the selected machine.

Autofill

If the service has reference data on cutting speed for the selected equipment type, power, and material, they are automatically filled in the table. The user can adjust this data.

Editing Customers

Adding Customers

- Add new customers when filling out a project or in the customer list by clicking the "+" button at the bottom of the table.

### Filtering- A filter is provided at the top of the customer list. When entering data, only rows containing the specified values are displayed.

Agreeing on Calculation with the Customer

To quickly agree on calculation results with the customer, the project provides the option to obtain a public link.

Public Link

- The customer sees the final calculation result without details.

- The customer can view each detail separately with the comment specified in the "Comment for Customer" field.

Detail Calculation

After uploading drawings to the project and completing the preliminary analysis, you can proceed to calculation.

Calculation Process

1. Open the detail in the project.

2. Fill in the material and cutting mode:

- If the material has a default mode set, it is automatically filled in.

- The material price is taken from the selected material.

- Cutting and piercing prices are filled from the selected mode.

3. Detail Information:

- Drawing dimensions (mm): For example, 335x335.

- Total cutting length (m): For example, 2.379.4.

Adding Additional Costs:

- On the operations or materials tab, click the "+" button.

- Select an operation or material from the pre-filled lists.

- Prices for operations and materials can be changed in the calculation table.

5. Manual Cost Adjustment:

- Manually change the price or amount if you need to account for additional expenses.

- When manually changed, a sign is displayed:

- Green, if the manual price is higher than the calculated price.

- Red, if the manual price is lower than the calculated price.

- Hover over the sign to see the original calculated price.

6. Two Types of Prices:

- **Price per Unit**: Considers only material and cutting.

- **Total Price**: Includes additional materials and operations.

7. Changing Material Price:

- The material price can be changed in the calculation. When changed, a tooltip with the original price is displayed.

8. Completing the Calculation:

- Click "Save" to return to the project.

- Click "Back" if you do not need to save the result.

- Click "Delete" to remove the detail from the project.

Comments

- **Internal Comment**: Available only to the user performing the calculation.

- **Comment for Customer**: Available via the public link.

Creating a Calculation

To calculate the cost of details, you need to create a new project.

Creating a Project

1. In the "Projects" section, click the "Create" button.
