2. Description of Services

cutl.online is a SaaS platform that allows users to:

• Upload DXF files for automatic analysis.

• Create laser cutting projects and generate quotations.

• Store customer and legal entity information related to quotations.

The Platform is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis.

3. Account Registration

To use most features, users must create an account. We offer:

• Free Accounts with limited access.

• Premium Accounts with advanced functionality. Upon registration, users receive a free 3-month trial of Premium access.

After the trial, users must subscribe to a monthly Premium plan to retain access to premium features.

4. Payments

Premium plans are billed on a monthly basis. Payment details are securely processed through our payment provider. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled prior to the renewal date.

5. User Content and File Uploads

Users may upload DXF or other design files. By uploading content:

• You retain ownership of your original files.

• You grant cutl.online a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, process, and use the files to provide services.

• Both the user and the company share the right to use uploaded content within the platform's context.

You are solely responsible for ensuring your uploaded content complies with applicable laws and does not infringe any third-party rights.

6. Intellectual Property

All software, algorithms, designs, branding, and other content provided by cutl.online are protected by intellectual property laws and remain the exclusive property of the company.

You agree not to reverse engineer, duplicate, or reproduce any part of the Platform without prior written consent.

7. Quotation Accuracy and Disclaimer

cutl.online provides automated quotations based on parsed file data. These quotes are indicative only and may not reflect actual production feasibility or cost.

We are not liable for:

• Incorrect parsing of uploaded files.

• Errors in quotation due to incomplete or inaccurate data.

• Any loss or damage resulting from use of the service.

8. Account Termination

You may request to delete your account by contacting info@cutl.online. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or misuse the service.

9. Changes to the Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on the Platform. Continued use after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
